What NISO do for the members

• NISO has a close and good cooperation with LO’s Legal Department which ensures the best qualifications in relation to labour law issues.

• The members are offered advice, assistance and legal aid in labour law disputes.

• Establishment of collective agreements and other agreements which secure the rights of each member.

• Support to members during conflicts and negotiations.

• A separate service center which, inter alia, shall assist members with finding a new employer, with the administration of the members’ pension fund, and financial advice to members.

• Establishment and administration of various funds which the members shall benefit from during and after their career.

• Continuous work to ensure the members favourable insurance offers which are adapted to the sports world.

• Educational agreement with BI (The Norwegian School of Management) Net Studies – discount for students and a separate adviser on studies.

• Training courses for union representatives in cooperation with the Workers’ Educational Association (AOF Norge).

• Anti-racist work in the top and breadth with the campaign ”Show Racism the Red Card”..
